1: Rebus pasta hingga al dente, tiriskan simpan air pasta. 2: Panaskan wajan dengan minyak, sear udang sampai matang, sisihkan. 3: Di wajan yang sama, panaskan butter lalu masukkan bawang putih yang sudah di iris dan chilli flakes, masak sebentar sampai bawang putih ter infused. 4: Masukkan gochujang dan cooking cream masak hingga ter dilute dengan baik. 5: Masukkan pasta yang sudah matang dengan tambahan air pasta (bila di perlukan), aduk rata. 6: Tambahkan udang yang sudah di pan sear, & seasoning. 7: Masukkan chopped parsley dan sajikan dengan taburan parmesan.View original recipe
