Instructions
1: Boil water with salt, blanch the mushrooms for 15 seconds. Remove and drain until the water content is reduced. Set aside. 2: Mix the mushrooms with Bango Kecap Manis, garlic, and Royco Kaldu Jamur. Let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge. 3: For the peanut sauce: Blend all ingredients except the sweet soy sauce. Transfer to a container and mix well with Bango Kecap Manis. Set aside. 4: Skewer the mushrooms onto skewers. Set aside. 5: Heat a grill pan and brush with oil.
