Instructions
1: Combine all ponzu ingredients in a bowl and mix well, set aside. 2: Dry the steak with a tissue. 3: Season with salt and black pepper. 4: Heat a pan and cook the steak on high for 2 minutes on each side. 5: Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes. 6: Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. 7: Add mushrooms, mix well. 8: Season with salt and black pepper. 9: Serve with rice.View original recipe
