fl oz chicken broth

bunch fresh thyme

garlic

chicken thigh
oz mushrooms

tsp mushroom mix
Instructions
1: Coat chicken thighs with mustard, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes. 2: Heat a pan and cook the chicken until browned over high heat. Remove and set aside. 3: In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until browned. 4: Add onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir until cooked. 5: Add flour and mix well. 6: Pour in chicken broth and add back the chicken. 7: Season with salt, sugar, and pepper, and bring to a boil. 8: Cook for 30 minutes. 9: Add butter and stir until combined. 10: Serve.View original recipe
