oz sirloin steak

fl oz olive oil

oz butter

bunch fresh rosemary

oz cooked pasta

Instructions
1: Rub sirloin with black pepper, heat a pan with olive oil, then sear the steak with butter, garlic, and rosemary; cook to your desired doneness, then remove and let rest. 2: In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then add tomato paste and deglaze with pasta water. 3: Add cooking cream and stir briefly. 4: Add the cooked pasta and baby spinach, then season to taste. 5: Add Parmesan cheese and serve topped with the steak. 6: Garnish with garlic chips and cherry tomatoes.View original recipe
