tbsp flour

oz sour cream

Instructions
1: Heat the oil and sear the sliced rib-eye until golden brown, add salt (optional), then remove and set aside. 2: In the same pan, add butter and sauté the mushrooms and onion until fragrant and slightly browned. Add the red bell pepper and sauté briefly, then stir in the flour and mix well. 3: Add the beef stock and mix thoroughly. 4: Add the pasta and cook until tender. 5: Stir in the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, mixing well. 6: Return the seared beef to the pan and serve garnished with chopped parsley.View original recipe
