green onion

oz shrimp

oz squid

egg nog
red chili pepper

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp gochugaru

Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and water to create a batter. 2: Add mushroom broth, sliced green onions, shrimp, squid, and the egg into the mixture. 3: Season with salt and black pepper. 4: Heat oil in a frying pan and pour half of the batter. Cook until golden brown. 5: Flip and cook the other side until golden. 6: For the dipping sauce, combine soy sauce, gochugaru, apple cider vinegar, and sesame seeds in a bowl.View original recipe
