Instructions
1: Prepare the kangkung by washing and cutting it into manageable pieces. 2: Heat a hotplate or frying pan over medium heat. 3: Add the sliced wagyu beef and cook until browned. 4: Add the prepared onion, shallots, garlic, and chili to the hotplate. 5: Stir-fry until the vegetables are fragrant and slightly softened. 6: Add the kangkung to the mixture and stir well. 7: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, english sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. 8: Pour the sauce mixture over the kangkung and beef, and mix thoroughly. 9: Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and the kangkung is wilted. 10: Serve hot with quail eggs and enjoy your fancy meal!View original recipe
