Instructions
1: Boil water and add the beef shank once boiling. 2: Remove impurities from the broth, then add ingredients 1 and 2 to the beef broth. 3: Cook until the beef is cooked through and tender. 4: Remove the cooked beef, slice thinly, and set aside. 5: Strain the broth and correct seasoning. 6: Serve the beef noodle soup with noodles, pokchoy, and sliced beef. 7: Add chilli oil and sliced green onions, then serve.View original recipe
