Thailand Chicken Popcorn
Serves 430 mins prep15 mins cook
This dish is inspired by the street food I tried in Bangkok, Thailand. It features a delightful blend of unique herbs, including kaffir lime leaves and coriander, combined with crispy flour for juicy chicken that is absolutely addictive! The recipe allows for adding spicy red chilies for those who love a kick.
