What you need

oz mozzarella

tsp chili powder

tsp sugar

tbsp tomato paste

pepper

oz ground beef
fresh tomatoes

tsp ground nutmeg
cup pasta water

tsp fresh mixed herbs

fl oz full fat milk

fl oz tomato sauce

cup mushroom
Instructions
1: Heat oil, add minced beef, cook until browned. 2: Add tomato paste, sauté briefly until slightly dry, add mirepoix (onion, carrot & celery chopped). Sauté again until fragrant. 3: Add tomato concasse (blanched tomatoes diced). 4: Add tomato sauce and pasta cooking water, add seasonings, stir well. 5: Cook on low heat until Bolognese sauce is cooked, set aside. 6: In a different pan, melt butter, add flour, cook until brown. 7: Gradually add milk continuously stirring to prevent lumps. 8: Add seasonings and nutmeg powder, stir and set aside. 9: Layer cooked pasta in a pyrex, pour Bolognese sauce then Bechamel sauce on top, spread evenly. 10: Add mozzarella cheese on top. 11: Bake with top heat for 10-15 minutes or until browned. 12: Garnish with parsley or celery.View original recipe
