Instructions
1: Panaskan susu, cream, vanilla essence dan gula pasir hingga pre boil. 2: Di bowl, campurkan kuning telur & maizena. Kocok hingga tercampur rata. 3: Tuangkan susu panas perlahan ke campuran telur sambil terus di aduk agar telur tidak matang. 4: Saring custard agar tidak ada yang menggumpal. 5: Potong puff pastry lalu lapisi di atas cetakan, tuangkan custard di atasnya. 6: Panggang dengan suhu 180°C selama 20 menit atau sampai matang. 7: Portugese egg tart siap disajikan.View original recipe
