Instructions
1: Parut kentang, tambahkan tepung dan telur, uleni sampai kalis. Rest adonan selama 1 jam di chiller. 2: Setelah di rest, bentuk adonan gnocchi rebus sampai gnocchi matang (mengambang), angkat lalu tiriskan. 3: Panaskan butter, pan sear gnocchi sebentar sampai permukaan kecoklatan. 4: Di pan yang sama panaskan lagi butter lalu masukkan mushrooms dan bawang putih, tumis hingga sedikit layu lalu masukkan cooking cream. 5: Tambahkan seasoning lalu sajikan.View original recipe
