Instructions
1: Cut and fry the tofu until cooked and browned. 2: Remove and set aside. 3: Melt margarine and sauté garlic until browned. 4: Add salted egg yolk and cook until bubbling. 5: Add chopped whole salted egg and mix well. 6: Add water, soy sauce, pepper, and mushroom stock.
