fl oz milk

tsp instant yeast
oz potato

oz all purpose flour

tbsp milk powder

tsp salt

tbsp margarine

powdered sugar
Instructions
1: Mix the beaten egg, granulated sugar, liquid milk, and instant yeast. Let it rest for 15 minutes until the yeast activates. 2: Add in the mashed potato and dry ingredients. 3: Knead until smooth. Let it rest for 1 hour. 4: Divide the dough into 50 grams, shape into balls, and place on baking paper. Let it rest for another 20 minutes. 5: Create a hole in the center or directly fry in warm oil, and fry the donuts until cooked. 6: Add powdered sugar and mix well.
