Choco Truffle Mochi

Delicious mochi filled with melting dark chocolate ganache, perfectly balanced with a chewy texture. This easy recipe combines dark chocolate and whipped cream for a rich filling, enveloped in a soft mochi made with glutinous rice flour and chocolate milk.

What you need

fl oz whipped cream
tbsp oil
tbsp cornstarch

oz dark chocolate

tsp cocoa powder

tsp salt

oz sweet rice flour

fl oz low-fat chocolate milk
Instructions
1: Melt dark chocolate with whipped cream, mix well and chill in the refrigerator. 2: Combine all mochi ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and transfer to a steamer. 3: Steam the mochi for 25 minutes or until cooked. 4: Remove the mochi, knead until smooth, then divide into pieces of 25g each. 5: Roll out the mochi with a rolling pin, fill with prepared ganache balls, and shape into rounds. 6: Chill the mochi before serving.View original recipe
