oz dark chocolate
tsp vanilla essence

oz butter

oz brown sugar

pinch salt

tsp baking soda

oz cocoa powder

oz chocolate chips

oz sugar

oz all purpose flour

Instructions
1: Combine melted butter with dark chocolate, mixing until well combined. 2: In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until sugar is dissolved, then add the melted chocolate and vanilla essence, and mix well. 3: Add cocoa powder and all-purpose flour, mixing using a spatula until combined. 4: Pour the brownie mixture into a 20x20 baking pan lined with baking paper and spread evenly. 5: Melt butter until browned and let it cool slightly. 6: Whisk brown butter with sugar and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved, add the egg and whisk until pale. 7: Add dry ingredients and mix with a spatula. 8: Fold in some chocolate chips, then spoon the cookie dough on top of the brownie mixture, smoothing out the surface. 9: Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes. 10: Sprinkle with coarse salt on top, then serve.View original recipe
