1: Campurkan nutella dengan telur, aduk rata. 2: Masukkan tepung terigu dan garam, aduk kembali. 3: Kalau terlalu basah tambahkan 1 sdm tepung terigu. 4: Cetak dengan ice cream scoop. 5: Tekan sedikit bagian atas adonan. 6: Panggang cookies selama 15 menit dengan suhu 180°C. 7: Setelah cookies dingin, tambahkan topping nutella kemudian sajikan.
