Mangut Ayam is a favorite dish from Jogjakarta & Central Java, traditionally made with catfish, but here it's prepared with chicken that is first grilled for a smoky flavor, then cooked again in spicy coconut milk broth. It's a delightful combination of tender chicken and refreshing spiced coconut sauce.
