Delicious mochi filled with melting dark chocolate ganache, perfectly balanced with a chewy texture. This easy recipe combines dark chocolate and whipped cream for a rich filling, enveloped in a soft mochi made with glutinous rice flour and chocolate milk.

1: Melt dark chocolate with whipped cream, mix well and chill in the refrigerator. 2: Combine all mochi ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and transfer to a steamer. 3: Steam the mochi for 25 minutes or until cooked. 4: Remove the mochi, knead until smooth, then divide into pieces of 25g each. 5: Roll out the mochi with a rolling pin, fill with prepared ganache balls, and shape into rounds. 6: Chill the mochi before serving.
