Gyeran Jjim is a soft and easy Korean steamed egg dish. To achieve a rich and fluffy texture, the eggs must be sieved beforehand. Adding melted cheese on top enhances its flavor.

1: Whisk the eggs, water, and seasoning, then strain. 2: Coat a Korean pan (kkakdugi) with sesame oil, then wipe with a tissue. 3: Heat the pan, pour in the strained eggs, and stir continuously until 70% cooked, then add sliced green onion. 4: Cover the pan for 5 minutes on low heat, after the eggs puff up, turn off the heat and add a little sesame oil; serve.
