A simple and easy marshmallow recipe suitable for making with kids at home, using halal gelatin. The process involves blooming gelatin, melting sugar, and whipping the mixture until fluffy.

1: Bloom gelatin with water, set aside. 2: Heat sugar with water until sugar is completely dissolved. 3: Pour the sugar water into a bowl, add bloomed gelatin, and add vanilla essence. 4: Whip at high speed for 10 minutes until the mixture expands and turns white. 5: Divide into two parts, add red food coloring, then mix again. 6: Pour the marshmallow into a thin wall container previously coated with oil. 7: Let it rest for 1-3 hours in the chiller. 8: Once the marshmallow sets, cut it and coat with roasted cornstarch. 9: Serve.
